I have more than 30 years of hands-on wet lab experience in standard cell biology, molecular biology and animal methods. I perform the experiments under the guidance of the principal investigator using cellular and mouse models of lipid storage diseases, as well as maintaining up-to-date radiation and animal protocols.
My suggestion for a breeding scheme that rescues mice with Gaucher’s disease increased the lifespan of the mice from a few weeks to a few months.
I have also worked at Harvard, UConn Health Center, and the West Haven Veterans Administration hospital before Yale.
